Signed up for a program with TriSmarter

My last round of training for a tri was successful, in that I completed the two sprint tri’s I had planned, but I felt like all I was doing was pounding out miles and literally floundering in the swim. I knew I had to do something different. So… I had been doing some reading and thought about some of the canned “tri training plans,” which I tried before, and decided the canned approach was not going to work for me. Nothing wrong with them, and maybe at some point, when I’m more seasoned, I can reconsider that. However, I had a long road ahead of me to whip myself back into shape so I took the plunge on signing up for a personalized nutrition and training program at TriSmarter. They have one program, Tri2Loose which is a great fit for me at this stage. Here we go….
